I had a great experience with Ronda. She was an attentive listener and quickly found a home that fit my needs quite well. I was on a shortened time table as I was scheduled to head overseas soon after meeting her and Ronda was very quick to get offers and replies taken care of. She also gave me confidence that my offer was reasonable by her own experience and by sitting down with me and comparing similar homes and sale history in the area. During the closing process, Ronda basically had to do all of the administrative and logistical tasks as I was overseas with limited internet access. From handling all of the inspection details, repair negotiations, and talks with the mortgage broker, Ronda went beyond any expectation I had. When the home appraised well above the offer price, I was very happy with my decision. About a year after moving in, I contacted Ronda again to thank her and tell her that my home was exactly what I wanted and turned out to be the perfect fit for my family.

Our experience with Ronda has been so excellent that we are glad to write a review of what our process has been. It was just happenstance that we walked into this particular office in Twain Harte. My husband loves the area and wanted to look at houses there to be used as rentals. We walked into one office, I can't remember which one, were kinda "turned off" by the reception we got there (no interest) and moved on to Ronda's office. We immediately knew we had hit on the right one. Ronda was perfect in her combination of friendly chit chat and business. We eventually bought two houses in Sonora and are very pleased with the help that Ronda gave us, over and above what was probably required for her job. She is just a nice person and that repeatedly came out as our process moved along. Yes, it moved slowly. We bought one bank owned and one short sale.
